Blueprint can cater for all events big or small such as: Morning Teas, Lunches, Corporate functions, Conferences, Cocktail parties, formal dinners and Buffet's.     Blueprint is a catering service provider to the public sector, corporate market, Universities and special events. Nestled in Carlton, Blueprint's growing reputation has evolved largely through referrals and repeat business from its loyal client network particularly in the Carlton and the surrounding Parkville area.

    Blueprint's partnership with The University of Melbourne has been steadily evolving since 1999 and since 2007 Blueprint has become the preferred food provider for University events such as OPEN DAY which attracts up to 60 000 visitors. Providing options for finger food, light snacks, coffees and larger meals for formal events. We have commercial kitchens on campus and are able to deliver on time with extra efficient service.

    Sustainability

    Blueprint Catering places a very high priority on issues relating to the maintenance and care of the environment. We currently have in place an environmental management policy and have document procedures relating to environmental management. We have taken steps to ensure affiliation or certifictation for our products from a number of organisations, in particular, our sustainabilty partner Enviroselect.
